Train & Teach at Studio One

 $50–$70/hr + Paid Training + 401(k)
Studio One VASIE® Pilates is on a search for exceptional instructors/personal trainers to help our clients move, breathe, and age better. We specialize in nervous-system–informed, structurally-based Pilates for clients who want to tone, strength, learn and improve their health for life, manage joint pain and hypermobility and be healthy, happy, and mobile. We're looking for fitness professionals who want more from movement and more from their work. People who can coach and lead a room, who care about form and safety and know how to keep classes engaging, challenging, and well-attended. If you love teaching, care deeply about people, and want to learn a research-informed method grounded in breath, structure, and fascia, we’d love to meet you.

Why Studio One Instructors Stay
Our instructors stay for years. 5,10,20+ years. Our classes stay full. Our clients feel the difference.
What makes VASIE® different?
Classes at Studio One aren't improvised. We teach from carefully designed cycles of scripts that progress the body over time. Each class fits into a larger arc—so strength, coordination, joint alignment, and whole-body connection develop in a clear, sustainable way.
Working from a shared structure allows our instructors to do something rare:
- Coach better form, alignment, and connection in real time
- Translate deep knowledge into clear, usable guidance
- Keep classes interesting, challenging, and full
- Support many different bodies without slowing the room down
Plenty of people know a lot about the body. Fewer can turn that knowledge into great group classes that people love to attend.
That's our standard.
