Here is your schedule: 

Day One: Lower Body Workout 45 minutes - Get to work on all the places that need toning! Backs of legs, inner thighs, glutes and hips. Great for lower back, hips, ankles and knees. 

Day Two: Lower Body Express 15 minutes of grounding, toning & stress relief. no mat required - do this one at the office!
