How it works

Your first month, in three steps.

1
Pilates 101 — freeOne 90-minute class. Learn the six essential mat exercises, try the reformer, and find your core. Come once.
2
Deep Core Toning + BarreYour regular classes. Take 8–10 of these and you'll feel the difference in how you stand, walk, and breathe.
3
Add Integration, Strength & FlexibilityWhen you're ready for more, ISF builds real strength on the foundation you've made. One or two a week alongside DCT.
The classes

Four classes. All of them joint-safe.

Every class requires Pilates 101 first. After that, mix and match.

Deep Core ToningStart here

Your first regular class after 101, and the one most members take most. On the mat, reformer, chair, or arc — same class, different equipment.

  • Deep core strength and better breathing
  • Pelvic floor tone and posture
  • Very joint-safe; good for hypermobility and old injuries
More about this class
Classes begin with breath-work, then progress into isometric deep-core exercises that tone the glutes, hips, spinal muscles, and shoulders. The goal is to retrain your breath and unite it with movement so your core switches on by reflex, not effort. If you have pain or hypermobility, this is the class built for you. Consult your physician before starting any new exercise program.
VASIE® BarreStart here

Standing work at the bar. Slow, sustained, and surprisingly hard. No dance experience, no music, no tutus. Often paired with 30 minutes of mat as a Barre + Mat combo.

  • Toned, strong legs and sculpted glutes
  • Effortless standing posture
  • Cross-training for hiking, skiing, biking, and running
More about this class
Based on classical ballet barre, adapted to be safe and effective for adult bodies. Great if you can't lie on your back, and safe during pregnancy. No jumping and a controlled range of motion. Use caution with hip, knee, or ankle replacements or injuries; check with your provider first.
Integration, Strength & FlexibilityAfter 8–10 DCT classes

The next level. Takes the stabilization and breathing you learned in Deep Core Toning and builds strength, flexibility, and conditioning on top of it.

  • Longer, leaner muscles and joint mobility
  • A body where all the parts work together
  • Real conditioning without the strain
More about this class
ISF classes work in synergy with Deep Core Toning. Best for people mostly free of back, neck, or joint pain. Add one or two ISF classes to your week alongside DCT; if anything creates pain, go back to DCT for a while and return.
Pilates for SeniorsAny age welcome

Gentle, intelligent movement for balance, coordination, and confidence. All the science of VASIE®, at a pace that respects your joints.

  • Stability, balance, and proprioception
  • Deep core and full-body strength
  • Joint-safe and restorative
More about this class
Begins with breathwork, then moves through exercises that retrain balance and coordination while building strength. Ideal for older adults, and for anyone with joint issues, mild injuries, or hypermobility who wants an effective workout that doesn't hurt. Consult your physician before starting.
