Introduction to Shoulders (1 min read)
There is a lot to a building a nice set of shoulders and a relaxed neck but trust on this and start with these basic four moves. Over the last 20+years we've boiled it down to the best and least likely to injure you, these are the high reward, low risk moves. The exercises are simple but take time to learn, so have patience with yourself.
Here are some foundational moves to set your shoulders up for success and for great posture. These exercises are designed to be safe, easy to learn, and effective for many people. In our online programs we spend more time with each of them as well as offer many more specific exercises with even more instruction. Try these simple and powerful exercises to get started now.

You should know
About 75% of people have other issues that keep their shoulders from staying in place such as a weak core, posterior pelvis, head forward posture. These issue will tend to create or exacerbate posture and pain problems.
