Class creators

The Restore Your {Post Baby} Core class was created in and taught since 2010 by Certified Advanced Rolfer® & Training Director Anna Kokaurova with co-creator Pelvic Floor physical therapist Melissa Sundberg.

Melissa and Anna co-taught and perfected the class together, providing new moms the knowledge and medical advice of a PT and the experience and hands-on-corrections of a Rolfer and a 20-year Pilates instructor. Anna and Melissa created this class to help the women of Anchorage take their bodies to the next level in a safe and smart way and help women to get past common but hard-to-treat post-natal issues.


Class instructor

Anna Kokaurova will be your lead instructor. Before you even begin class, you will start with a questionnaire about your goals and physical issues.

Anna designed this class to be tailored to each individual and has a gift for giving great hands-on corrections to help you feel confident. She deeply cares about the progress of every client she works with and will help you reach your goals every step of the way.
