Workout Resistant Recommendations
STEP 1 ➙ 21 Day Core Strength + Confidence Course
- Always consult your doctor or physical therapist before starting a new exercise program.
- Do the 21 Day Core Strength + Confidence Course (core exercise cleanse)+ Get A Private lesson over zoom or in person if possible
- Participate in Group Zoom Sessions For Beginners on Saturdays to get corrections & learn more!
- Walk 3-5x/wk. Walking is your best exercise for creating a lean, toned, and integrated body.
- Avoid Stretching or Impact Exercise
- This is an EXERCISE CLEANSE class, you will improve faster if you give your fitness routines a break.
STEP 2 ➙ 2-3 months - Whole Body Integration Series - Breathing Classes.
- BREATHING Series Classes 2-3 times per week.
- Participate in Group Zoom Sessions on Saturdays to get corrections & learn more!
- If you like to hike or jog and have little to no pain doing it, add this back in!
STEP 3 ➙ retest!
- Retake Your Exercise Responsive Test and Re-measure
- If you are feeling a real difference in your body, add your other routines back in slowly you will notice some great improvements.
STEP 4 ➙ 2-3 times per week to improve & maintain
- If pain decreases your've lost 1/4 of an inch off your low abs or more add Deep Core Toning Series.
- Add Strength & Flexibility Classes
- Add 20-30 minutes workouts
