WHAT YOU GET:
Reformer comes with: cardio tramp, maple pole, straps, & box, a mat conversion unit.

PAYMENTS:

Reformer: $100/month
Chair: $50/month

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

Reformer: $1,000 refundable* deposit
Chair: $500 refundable* deposit

*Should equipment returned with damages an appropriate portion of the deposit may be kept for repairs.

LEASE TERM:

There is a 3 month initial lease agreement. After the first month it will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis and can be ended at any time with advanced written communication. Studio One can also end the lease at any time if we are safely able to expand our class sizes and require the equipment back.

ENDING YOUR LEASE:

- When you are ready to return the equipment, you will need to send us an email to [email protected] at least 15 days before your billing date. 
- You will then have 15 days to return the equipment. 
- If the equipment is returned after your billing date, you will continue to be charged. 

TRANSPORTING YOUR EQUIPMENT:

You are responsible for transporting your equipment. Studio One staff will not assist in loading or unloading your equipment. We will coordinate a pick up & drop off date and time with you. Please also double check that you have enough room for your equipment at home! 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- There will be a liability form for you to sign when you come to pick up your equipment. 
- Missed payments will result in a $20 fee each month they are missed. 
- After 2 missed payments your past due balance will be sent to collections. 
- Failure to return the equipment will result in complete replacement of the equipment: $1,986 for Chair, $4,808 for Reformer. 
- There is limited equipment! If you miss out initially, please email us at [email protected] and we will add you to the list and let you know as soon as equipment becomes available!
