aka Strength & Flexibility Classes are a more challenging vs Deep Core Toning. We recommend you attend at least 8-10 Deep Core Toning classes before trying out a Strength & Flexibility class. Exercises focus on more range of motion, speed, flexibility and strength building.

What is an INTEGRATION STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY class?
These classes combine stabilization and breathing skills taught in the DCT classes. ISF classes will build upon and work in synergy with the DCT classes to help you increase your strength, flexibility, conditioning, Improve your level of structural organization. ISF classes are best combined with DCT classes as early as possible in your VASIE Pilates journey. Really, the name says it all - integration, strength and flexibility. ISF classes work your whole body, there is more emphasis on increasing strength, stamina, and range of motion. Under the hood, this workout will give you more than just a sweaty t-shirt. ISF classes are carefully planned to bring your body to the next level of cohesiveness and integration. Structural integration means all the parts are working together in harmony. Imagine lifting your arm and your neck stays long and relaxed or walking smoothly with your feet solid on the ground and your chest lifted effortlessly.
IS IT RIGHT FOR ME?
If you are mostly free of back, neck or joint pain add in 1-2 ISF classes in addition to your DCT classes as soon as possible. If ISF classes create pain or dysfunction, return to the DCT classes.
