LOWER BODY DAYS #1&2

Day 1: 45 minutes. Get to work on all the places that need toning! Backs of legs, inner thighs, glutes and hips. Great for lower back, hips, ankles and knees.

Day 2: Express Day. 15 minutes of grounding, toning and stress relief. No mat required! - do this one at the office.

MIDDLE BODY DAYS #3&4

Day 3: 45 minutes of Ab flattening & toning. Decrease the tension and increase the tone in your core. Slow, calming, grounded, focused workout. 

Day 4: 15 Minutes. Core strengthening, ab and back toning focus. Quick workout out that goes deep. 

UPPER BODY DAYS #5,6&7

Day 5: 40 minutes to share your shoulders, arms and upper back. Go slow for great results in the upper body. Improve your posture. 

Day 6: 15 minutes. A quick workout that hits all the trouble spots and makes you feel taller and more toned. 

Day 7: 30 minutes Whole Body Burner!
